what are some good vacation ideas for newly weds?
been together for 6 years married for 5 months, we’re trying to plan a vacation. Not a hawaiian vacations or anything we live in seattle and don’t want to have to fly if we don’t have to, i hate flying but if its a good idea i will still take it thanks!
When we were first married me and my wife would just get in the car and go. No planned destination we just drove. We had some of the best times doing this. We were never in a rush to get somewhere so we would stop in little towns and explore, shop and meet new people. We would stay in small local owned motels or find a nice bed and breakfast place for the night.
go down the coast to somewhere secluded and make as much noise as possible…

Camping is fun and inexpensive. Fall is a wonderful time of year to do it too.. cooler than summer and drier than spring.

Hi
Irrespective of how long you were together, once you are married make the event something quite memorable. If you hate flying, go for a cruise, or if you manage to take a flight go to Mauritius, (indian ocean) and let the memories follow you till the end of your days.

I am planning the same thing and decided to take a train ride to the mountains in North Carolina in a cabin, now that is not that cold, yet there is some snow. I find it very romantic and you can enjoy the scenery in the train ride.
